These Terms of Use govern your access to the FedWork Access sign-in gateway at access.fedwerks.com. By using the gateway, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Your use of any FedWork application you sign in to may be governed by additional or separate agreements.
1. Authorized use only
The gateway provides access to FedWork applications for authorized users. You may use it only to request access to applications and accounts you are permitted to use. You must not attempt to access any application, account, or data you are not authorized to access.
2. Sign-in links
Sign-in links are personal to you, single-use, and time-limited. Do not share your sign-in link or forward it to anyone. You are responsible for activity conducted through access obtained with your link.
3. Acceptable use
When using the gateway, you agree not to:
- Interfere with, disable, or attempt to circumvent security, authentication, or human-verification controls.
- Access the service through automated means or in bulk, except as expressly authorized.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of it at any time.
5. Suspension of access
We may suspend or revoke access, with or without notice, to protect the security or integrity of the service or where we believe use violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The gateway and its content, design, and software are owned by FedWork or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the service as described.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FedWork disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the gateway. Final disclaimer and liability terms are being prepared and are subject to legal review.
8. Governing law
These terms will be governed by the laws applicable where FedWork operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing law and venue are being finalized and are subject to legal review.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
